Order Cancellation Conditions

Orders within 48 hours: If your order has not been dispatched and the request is made within 48 hours of placement, the order can be cancelled directly.

Orders after 48 hours or dispatched: If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed or if the items have already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In these instances, please wait for the logistics to deliver the items and then contact us to initiate a return and refund process. For more information, please consult our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Cancellation Process

Contact us via email at customer@havennido.com or by phone at +1 (206) 457-9876 to apply for a cancellation. You must provide your order number and valid proof of payment.

We will process your request immediately. Once approved, we will notify you of the outcome and arrange your refund as soon as possible.
Refund Instructions
Upon confirmation of the cancellation or return, the refund will be issued back to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) used for the transaction.

Estimated Timeframe: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to reach your account within 1-5 business days.

Delays: If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe, please contact us for further assistance.
Cancellation Accuracy and Security
To ensure the security of your account and transactions, we reserve the right to verify the identity of the person requesting the cancellation. Cancellation requests should ideally be sent from the email address associated with the order. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped due to incorrect or delayed information provided during the cancellation request.
Partial Cancellations
If your order consists of multiple items, you may request to cancel specific items within the order, provided those items meet the "within 48 hours and unshipped" criteria. The remaining items in the order will be processed and shipped as usual.
