Return and Exchange Period

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this 14-day period will not be eligible for processing.

Return and Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet one of the following conditions:

• Appearance Issues: The product arrived with visible surface damage, scratches, or dents.

• Quality Issues: The product has functional defects or structural failures.

• Odor or Color Difference: The product has a persistent unpleasant odor or a significant color discrepancy from the images shown online.

• Incorrect Item: The item received does not match the product ordered.

• Change of Mind: You may return the item without providing a specific reason, provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

• Contact us via email at customer@havennido.com or by phone at +1 (206) 457-9876 to apply for a return. Please provide your order number, proof of purchase, the reason for the return, and relevant photos or videos.

• We will process your application immediately. If approved, we will notify you and provide the return address.

• You must ship the item back to the designated return address and wait for us to receive it.

• Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to verify the reported issue. If the inspection is successful, we will arrange your refund immediately. For more details, please refer to the Refund Process below.

Exchange Process

• Contact us via email at customer@havennido.com or by phone at +1 (206) 457-9876 to apply for an exchange. Please provide your order number, proof of purchase, the reason for the exchange, and relevant photos or videos.

• We will process your application immediately. If approved, we will notify you and provide the return address.

• You must ship the item back to the designated return address and wait for us to receive it.

• Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. If the inspection is successful, we will process the exchange within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time for the new item is 5-8 business days. For more information on shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Refund Process

• Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original bank card (Visa or MasterCard) used for the purchase.

• Processing Time: Depending on your financial institution, refunds typically appear in your account within 1-5 business days. If the refund is overdue, please contact us for assistance.

Cost Rules

• For returns or exchanges due to appearance issues, quality issues, odor/color differences, or incorrect items, we will bear all shipping costs.

• For "Change of Mind" (no-reason) returns or exchanges, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Label

For your convenience, a return label is included inside every package to facilitate the return process.

Packaging Requirements

All returned items must be packed in their original packaging, including all parts, hardware, and instruction manuals. If the original packaging is damaged beyond use, please use a box of similar size and strength to ensure the item is protected during transit.

Product Inspection Upon Delivery

We recommend inspecting your furniture immediately upon delivery. If you notice any external damage to the packaging, please take photos before opening it and note the damage when signing for the delivery.

Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, or unauthorized modifications of the furniture. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We do not guarantee that the color displayed on your monitor will exactly match the physical product due to differences in screen settings.
