Shipping Range
We only provide delivery services within the territory of Australia. Currently, we do not support shipping to any countries or regions outside of Australia.
Shipping Fees

For orders with a total value of 50 AUD or more (including 50 AUD), we provide free shipping.

For orders under 50 AUD, a flat shipping fee of 5.99 AUD will be charged.
Taxes and Duties
All applicable taxes and related fees are already included in the product price. You do not need to pay any additional fees or hidden costs upon delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 18:00 (AEST/AEDT).

Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the first following business day.
Delivery Handling Time
Order handling time is 1-3 business days. This is the time required to prepare, pack, and hand over your items to the carrier.
Transit Time
Once dispatched, the estimated total transit time is 5-8 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on your specific location within Australia.
Logistics Carriers
We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure your furniture arrives safely. Our carriers include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.
Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment bill, and assigned carrier information. You can track your shipment status on our website's "Order Tracking" page by entering your email address or phone number along with your order number.
Liability and Disclaimer

Product Damage or Loss: We are responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with supporting evidence.

Shipping Modifications and Cancellations: Changes to shipping details or order cancellations can only be processed before the item has been dispatched. Once the order is in transit, we cannot modify the shipping information.

Delivery Address and Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Delivery Signing Notes
Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging for any signs of damage before signing for the receipt. If the package appears significantly damaged, we recommend noting the damage on the delivery receipt or refusing the delivery and contacting us immediately.
Delivery Delays
While we and our carriers strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or logistical disruptions. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
Unattended Delivery (ATL)
If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the carrier may leave the package in a safe place at their discretion (Authority to Leave), or leave a calling card for collection at a local post office or depot. We are not responsible for items once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
