Shipping Fees: We offer free shipping on orders of AUD 50 or more (including AUD 50). For orders under AUD 50, a flat shipping fee of AUD 5.99 will be charged.

6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Conditions: Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours of placement can be cancelled directly. Orders that have exceeded 48 hours or have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the delivery and then contact us for a return and refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued back to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Arrival Time: Once the return and refund conditions are met, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used at the time of payment. Based on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days. If it is overdue, please contact us for assistance.
